PERI SE with its headquarters in Germany, 89264 Weißenhorn, Rudolf-Diesel-Straße (hereinafter referred to as “PERI”), takes the protection of your data very serious. Your personal data therefore is only processed according to the stipulations of the law on data protection of the Federal Republic of Germany. Your data will be neither published by PERI nor handed to any third party without authorization. The data transmitted on the occasion of the visit to this homepage is used as follows:

1. Data transmission and data logging upon access from the internet

When you visit the homepage of PERI, your internet browser transmits data. This data is temporarily saved on the servers of PERI, evaluated for statistical purposes and deleted again afterwards. There is principally no evaluation of the IP addresses. One exception, for example, is an attack against the www.peri.de domain.

Following the legal terminology of § 14 TMG [Telemediengesetz; German Telemedia Act], it is referred to as “Bestandsdaten“ [inventory data]. This inventory data is only collected and utilized by PERI to the extent to which the data is necessary for the realization of the respective contractual relationship. Inventory data is also collected and utilized by companies affiliated to PERI, as far as this is necessary for the realization of the respective contractual relationship.

By order of the relevant authorities, PERI may provide information on the inventory data in individual cases, in so far as this might be necessary for criminal prosecution, averting of danger through state police departments, performing legal tasks of the German federal and state constitution protection agencies, the “Bundesnachrichtendienst” [German Federal Intelligence Service], the “Militärischer Abschirmdienst” [German Military Counter-Intelligence Service], the “Bundeskriminalamt” [Federal Criminal Police Office] or for the protection of intellectual property rights.

3. Usage Data

Beyond this, personal data (usage data) of you is only collected and utilized by PERI and companies affiliated to PERI in so far as this is necessary to enable or calculate the usage of this internet offer (usage data according to § 15 TMG [Telemediengesetz; German Telemedia Act]). This data includes in particular your identification features, information on start and end as well as scope of the particular usage of our offer.

When using pseudonyms, PERI can create user profiles for the purpose of promotion, market research and the demand-oriented design of the internet offer.
