The lightweight, heavy-duty aluminium parts for Door and VARIO Box-Out Formwork function according to the modular principle.

They provide vertical and horizontal reveals for wall thicknesses of 15 cm, 18 cm, 20 cm, 24 cm, 25 cm and 30 cm eliminating the need for laborious reworking. For thicker walls, the different thicknesses can be attached to each other.

In the case of doors, these are telescopic vertical and horizontal components whose length can be precisely adjusted to the planned door dimensions for widths from 88.5 cm to 200 cm and heights from 200 cm to 250 cm. In the case of VARIO Box-Out Formwork, the length adjustment between the four corner components are fixed  via formwork panels, plywood or planks for openings of 75 cm to 300 cm. The installation and removal of the door and window formwork can be done very easily, quickly and inexpensively. Just a short teach-in is sufficient.
